Introduction for Senior Staff/Managers

This session is designed for middle and senior managers (e.g. clinical directors, professional heads) who have limited knowledge of FACE and whose staff are about to receive training in use of the assessment tools. It explains the principles behind the FACE multi-professional approach to assessment, outlines the content of the Core Assessment and Outcomes Package and situates FACE strategically in relation to the National Service Framework and information system developments.

Time is allowed for questions/discussion of practical issues.
