There are FACE National User Groups for each of the FACE toolsets
- Mental Health
- SAP/Older People
- Young People
- Learning Disability
- Substance Misuse
All Face users are welcome to attend all meetings, with each group meeting 2 - 3 times per year. The user groups determine new developments and provide a forum to exchange ideas on implementation and use of the tools. The Customer Area of the website enables users to provide feedback, make suggestions for change, report problems or download drafts of new developments.
